We have hundreds of different candies, from the classic to the obscure, from the nostalgic to the brand-new. We have a huge selection of gifts, toys and games for kids and the young at heart. We also have unique bottled sodas, novelty ice cream and popsicles, local popcorn and much more!

Missy Kay’s is located in the heart of charming downtown Windsor, Colorado at the corner of Main St. and 5th St, next to Four & Twenty Blackbirds Gift Shop. We love our little downtown and hope you come visit us and all the other wonderful shops and restaurants that make up this great community gathering place!

Opening in Summer 2025!
Things are coming along at Windsor’s only Cookie, Candy and Gift/Toy Shop! Construction has started, and we are starting to set things up! We hope to be open in July sometime!

Who we are!
We are husband-and-wife team, Cody and Allison Neidert. We are both Northern Colorado natives who met attending the University of Northern Colorado. We moved to Windsor in 2019 and opened the Windsor Inta Juice location. We also have two amazing elementary aged children, Colson and Maggie. And since we weren’t busy enough raising two young kids and running a small business, we figured why not open a cookie, candy and gift shop as well!?
Missy Kay’s is a dream come true for us, as it affords us the opportunity to do what we both love! Cody loves operating candy and gift shops, and Allison is an outstanding cookie baker and decorator! In all, Missy Kay’s is a true passion for our family, and we hope you will visit us and make your life just a little sweeter.
Who is Missy Kay?!
The name comes from our nickname for our daughter, Margaret (Maggie) Kay. Daddy has called her Missy Kay since she was tinny-tiny. No one is quite sure why; it just fits her spunky personality! We also wanted our name to represent an “old-time charm” you expect from a small-town candy and soda shop.
But in naming our shop after our daughter, we couldn’t forget her awesome older brother, Colson! So, when you stop by Missy Kay’s, make sure to check out “Colson Corner”! Full of fun and interesting things that are almost as cool as he is!
Our “Cookie Balloon” logo represents the Windsor community, and the countless mornings you walk out and are greeted by hot air balloons floating by. Plus, the hot air balloon rally during the annual Harvest Festival is a must-do tradition for us Windsorites!
